Shipping Costs

We offer standard delivery for all orders. As a special promotion, shipping is currently free for all orders over 50$ in the United States. However, please note that this offer may change at any time.

Order Tracking

Handling Delays and Lost Packages

If the order has been in transit for more than 5 days beyond the estimated delivery window, we will issue a replacement order at no additional cost. For lost packages, customers can choose between a refund or a replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at shipping@theperfectsleeplab.com with a high-quality image or video of the damage or defect. Upon verification, we will issue a replacement.
